Title: Volunteer Assistant Coach

Rogers joined the Caltech swimming & diving staff as an assistant coach prior to the 2016-17 academic year following two years as a volunteer coach at MIT.

"I'm excited to work with such talented scholar-athletes and look forward to a great first season with the Beavers," Rogers said.

A 2014 graduate of MIT with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mathematics and Brain and Cognitive Sciences, she totaled 19 NCAA finals appearances, including five All-America honors, and was a seven-time NEWMAC individual champion.  Rogers was also named a CSCAA Scholar All-American and a two-time First Team member while captaining the squad in her senior year.  Her impressive career was capped when she represented the NEWMAC as its NCAA Woman of the Year nominee in 2014.
