Drango Saves 11 at Cal Lutheran

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. (Oct. 16, 2017) – Freshman keeper Kali Drango (Lake Oswego, Ore. / Lake Oswego) had among her busiest days in net since joining Caltech women's soccer, stopping 11 shots in the Beavers' penultimate game of 2017 at California Lutheran University on Monday. The host Regals entered the conest 10-2-2 overall and 6-1-2 in the SCIAC, good enough for first place.

Freshman midfielder Krystin Brown (Lake Forest, Calif. / Trabuco Hills) accounted for the Beavers' only shot on goal which came in the second half.

Head Coach Taylor Houck and the Beavers will wrap up their inaugural season when they host Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges on Sunday, Oct. 22.
