Women's Water Polo Returns to SCIAC Play for 2009 Season
The women's water polo program put the finishing touches on their 2009 schedule which includes a full return to the SCIAC after taking 2008 off due to squad size concerns. Caltech played as a club team in 2008 and competed against most of the SCIAC. Men's head water polo coach Joshua Moser will take the reigns of the women's team as they begin practice on February 16th following the completion of the men's and women's swim season. Moser is no stranger to the SCIAC as the Occidental College graduate played four years on the Tigers men's team and has coaches club and high school boys and girls before taking over the Caltech men this past fall.
The 2009 schedule include non-confernce games with Macalester College (MN) and Chapman University which have proved formidible oppponent for years. To view the 2009 Women's Water Polo Schedule (click here).
