West Coast Baptist Tops Beavers in Non-Conference Tilt

LANCASTER, CA -- In their final non-SCIAC match of the season the Caltech women's volleyball team fell to West Coast Baptist 3-0 on Thursday evening.

Catherine Jamshidi had a team high 30 attempts but the West Coast Baptist was solid by limiting the first-year to just four kills. The San Diego, CA native contributed six digs as well.

Paige Logan chipped in a three-kill evening while Rachel Hess and Rebekah Kitto each tallied two kills. Hess had a team best nine digs.

Caltech concludes its schedule with a pair of SCIAC weekend matches. The Beavers travel to Whittier for a 4 p.m. tilt with the Poets before closing their season with a 6 p.m. Saturday evening match-up with #8 Cal Lutheran.
