Sculpt: Instructors focus on strengthening and fine-tuning major muscle groups with a focus on functional exercise using tubing, balls, dumbbells and the step (placed at varying angels and heights to offer full range of motion). Step: A challenging choreographed cardiovascular workout on or around the step. Intensity levels vary according to the geight of the platform. Yoga: Classes are designed to increase strength, flexibility and toning, decrease stress and enhance body awareness. Low Impact: A cardiovascular workout involving dance movements, such as grapevine, cha-cha, mambo, marches that will elevate the heart-rate while keeping the feet low to the ground. High Impact: A cardiovascular workout involving high impact movements such as running, jumping jacks and dance movements that involve higher impact to elevate the heart rate. Cardiokick: A cardiovascular routine that involves non-stop, non-contact, martial arts choreographed workout set to popular music. Pilates: An innovative system that teaches mind-body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement that increases core strength, flexibility, agility and economy of movement. Boot Camp: A non-stop cardiovascular routine that involves lunges, jump rope, step, push-ups and other movements designed for overall body conditioning. Fusion: Cardiovascular, core-muscle conditioning, flexibility, balance and coordination training that are fused together to provide the body with total conditioning. |
