We believe taking care of yourself is a balance between your physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being, and creating balance in your life will facilitate your success at Caltech and your endeavors after graduation. Occupational Therapy can help find this balance by offering guidance on creating good habits and routines, setting realistic goals, and utilizing data-driven strategies to meet your goals.
Occupational therapy office hours are open to all students, regardless of whether you've been to OT before. Drop in and ask your questions about your to-do list, sleep, routines, and habits, and get resources. Please note: Office hours are not meant to serve as an individual, private session and there may be others present to learn from as well!
Occupational therapy is NOT counseling. Read about the difference!
Topics range from stress and goal setting, to financial literacy, productivity, and building social connections. Workshops and groups are open to all enrolled graduate and undergraduate students, so come join us!
