Collaboration is one of the primary values in the department of Athletics, Physical Education and Recreation. Since 2011, we have sought input in three primary ways: through direct conversation and reporting, through email, and, through surveys. Our department is connected to the Division of Student Affairs and reports to the Vice President for Student Affairs, Kevin Gilmartin (2020-2025).
First is through direct conversation between staff and members. If you have a thought, please stop one of us in the hallways, make an appointment, or make a suggestion to the operations team; or, you may ask the desk staff to make a log entry, which will be reviewed by the assistant director for athletic facilities on a regular basis. We are always happy to share the what and why behind our operation and welcome information or suggestions.
