Q. What are the terms of membership?
A. Memberships are purchased on an annual, 6 month, or 3 month basis.
Q. Are memberships refundable?
A. Memberships are purchased on a 6 month or 3 month basis are non-refundable. Yearly memberships will only be refunded for extenuating circumstances.Â
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept credit card (visa, master card, discover), check, and cash. If you are Caltech faculty or staff, you may also opt to pay via payroll deduction through access.caltech.
If the Caltech employee has chosen to add their spouse or dependents to the membership by payroll deduction:
   Family members will need to come into the Braun Athletic Center to have Membership cards made
Q. Do you offer family memberships?
A. Yes. In addition to individual memberships, we offer memberships for spouses/dependents as well as families.
   Membership cards are non-transferable
   Family memberships are valid for eligible members, their spouse and up to seven
   dependents.
   Dependent children are considered to be those 6-25 years of age and unmarried living in the same house hold.
   Children age five and younger are not charged.
   All children 17 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times
   All members on a family membership must be in the same household
Q. What does my membership include?
A. Membership includes access to the weight room, cardio equipment, pools, track, tennis, racquetball and squash courts, open gym time, scheduled group fitness classes, and other advertised programs. It also includes the use of recreational equipment including balls, racquets, weights, mats, and goals as well as participation in the towel service. Q. What is your guest policy?
A. The guest fee is $10 per guest, per visit. Guests must create a profile and sign an access waiver. Membership eligible guests are not allowed to host other guests. The sponsoring member must enter facility at the same time and remain with their guest/s for the day.
A one-week guest pass is available for $50 and may only be purchased by a member for a guest. One week guest passes are not for use by those eligible for membership.Â
Members are allowed to bring up to 4 guests per visit. Must have a current membership to bring guests. Guests under five are free.
