FSU Young Scholars Research Program alongside Professor Youneng Tang, Ph.D...Focused on the biodegradation of 1,4-Dioxane when a primary nutrient was added to stimulate enzyme production....Found significant effect at concentrations of 1:1 from the primary nutrient compared to 1,4-Dioxane and furthered previous findings that at concentrations of 1000s to 1 were effective at removing 1,4-Dioxane from groundwater.
