Has done work simulating, designing, fabricating, and testing hybrid rocket engines... Developed an actively-controlled airbrake system for a model rocket as part of the American Rocketry Challenge... Worked with engineers from Johnson Space Center to develop a device for the collection and sorting of lunar regolith... Interned at an aerospace company over the summer testing and verifying a component that will fly to space next year.
