  • Title
    Faculty Liaison, Volunteer Swimming Coach
Jennifer L. Rodgers is the Director of Academic Programs at the USC Shoah Foundation. Her research primarily deals with humanitarianism and human rights, archives, the aftermath of Nazism and the histories of medicine and gender.

Prior to joining USC, Rodgers was an assistant research professor of history and editor on the Einstein Papers Project (EPP) at Caltech. Her work at the EPP broadly focused on Einstein’s engagement in German and international social, cultural, political and economic affairs.

She holds a PhD in history from the University of Pennsylvania.

Rodgers began swimming competitively at a young age in Pennsylvania and continued into her undergraduate years in Washington, D.C. She now swims recreationally and is also an avid mountaineer, yogi and amateur photographer. She enjoys working with students immensely, and being faculty mentor and volunteer assistant coach gives her the opportunity to connect with and help student-swimmers inside and outside of the classroom.
