Research and STEM Activities
Participated in a Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF), where she analyzed how bacteria move through different structures. The goal of the project was to better understand microbial behavior in varied environments, with potential applications in medicine, environmental science, and engineering.Â
Prior to Caltech
Honors & Achievements: Graduated with three Associates degrees... Member of National Indigenous Recognition Program (through College Board)... American Legion Auxiliary California Girls State Delegate... Advanced Placement Scholar with Honor.
Personal
Chose Caltech because of the unique experience the school offers; specifically, liked the small school size, access to research and challenging academics.
