Research and STEM Activities
Completed a NASA internship in high school where she worked with a professor at UT Austin to do research and present on dark energy... Under the guidance of a professor at Georgia Tech, wrote research paper on the most indicative features in star classification, using machine learning to analyze the most prevalent features of six different star types... Edited a quantum mechanics textbook for a professor at the University of Washington and added concept clarifications, diagrams, and checked calculations... Was a Western Aerospace Scholar with the Museum of Flight where she designed a mission to Mars and presented it to NASA astronauts and scientists... Runs podcast where she outlines complex space topics in comprehensive ways... Created and taught a science curriculum for underserviced kids.

Academics: Officer and Co-founder of HS Astronomy Club, Math Honor Society, National Honor Society, Science National Honor Society, Scholar-Athlete, ROADS on Asteroids Best of Mission Objective #7 (associated with NASA), First Place in Science Olympiad (Regional) in the Astronomy and Dynamic Planet categories, First Place in Astronomy in Science Olympiad State, Third Place in Dynamic Planet in Science Olympiad State, First Place for Best Aerospace Startup in Western Aerospace Scholars.
Athletics: Varsity Swimmer, Kingcos qualifier, Regionals qualifier, State qualifier, Captain of the Swim and Dive team.
Personal
Daughter of Vijay and Archana... Plays the piano and scuba dives... Chose Caltech because of the supportive community and because she loves studying space and the universe and Caltech enables her to pursue that field.
