Research and STEM Activities
Four years of research with Brooks Thomas at Lafayette College, leading to the publication of a paper presenting a new type of theoretical dark matter signal at the LHC... One year internship at Fermilab in 2021 advised by Kevin Pedro at CMS.
Prior to Caltech
Academic Honors: Graduated Lafayette College Summa Cum Laude in Mathematics and Physics with Honors in Physics, Awarded Goldwater Scholar for research in physics in 2021, Founder and first president of Lafayette College's Women in Physics Club, Physics Department Scholastic Award Winner.
Athletic Honors: Lafayette College record holder in 200 yard Breaststroke, Broke school record in 100 IM, Broke pool record in 200 IM, Record holder on the 800 Freestyle and 400 Freestyle relays, Outstanding Performer (MVP) for Lafayette Women's Swimming in 2021.
Personal
Daughter of Mark and Carri... Older sister of Dana and Brooke... Enjoys drawing... Chose Caltech because of its outstanding research opportunities and a very welcoming grad student environment.
