Joshua Moser is in his fifth season with the Caltechwater polo programs.

His experience includes over a decade at the club, high schooland collegiate levels. He served as an assistant coach for the SanGabriel Valley Mid Valley club where he helped develop the programfrom under 20 members to over 150 while qualifying teams in fivedifferent age brackets for the Junior Olympics nationalchampionship tournament. Moser has also coached at nearby highschool programs La Canada HS and Flintridge Preparatory School.

In 2011 he guided the Beavers men's water polo squad to theirfirst wins since the 2004 season. During the 2012 women's waterpolo season, Moser help guide to team to a No. 10 national rankingearly in the season.

He was the leading scorer and a four-year letterman at his almamater, Occidental College, where he earned a degree inhistory.  Moser was also an outstanding swimmer and all-CIFwater polo player at Carlsbad High School where he began hiscoaching career in 2000.
