The University of Redlands posted a .338 hitting percentage and tallied 13 aces en route to a 3-0 (25-16, 25-7, 25-8) victory over Caltech in Currier Gym.

After posting a .235 hitting percentage en route to their first set win, the Bulldogs kept momentum going in the second frame. Leading 10-7 in the second set, the Bulldogs went on a 15-0 scoring spurt propelling the home squad to a 2-0 lead in the match.

The University of Redlands won the first four points of the third set before the Beavers rallied for four consecutive points to tie the set at four a piece. However, the Bulldogs responded with another 4-0 scoring run and never let Caltech back into the set in posting the sweep.

Morgan Buckner had a match high 11 kills in pacing the Bulldogs offense.

Teri Juarez posted a Caltech best six kills and a .417 hitting percentage on her 12 attempts. Ashley Lo tallied a match high 13 digs for the Beavers.
