PASADENA, CA - On Friday evening Paige Logan surpassed Colleen Moody as Caltech's career leader in kills. The senior now has 431 career kills to over take Moody's mark of 429.

Logan grabbed the record this evening with her first kill of the second set. The senior had six kills on Friday evening.

In the dual SCIAC match-up Occidental grabbed the win 3-0 (25-10, 25-13, 25-10).

Occidental had an all around team effort in taking the win as eight different players recorded a kill for the visitors. Dana Michels had a team best 14 kills. Stephanie Gann and Alyssa Mort each recorded six kills.

Catherine Jamshidi had a team best eight kills while producing 10 digs in the win. Lisa Lee tied for match high honors with 11 digs.

The Beavers play a pair of SCIAC foes on Saturday. They host La Verne at 1 p.m. before traveling to Claremont-Mudd-Scripps for a 6 p.m. match.
