SAN MARCOS, Calif. (Sept. 12, 2017) – Freshman setter Krystyna Maruszko (Redondo Beach, Calif. / Marymount) accounted for 23 of Caltech's 24 assists in the Beavers' volleyball match at the University of St. Katherine on Tuesday. Maruszko, along two other Beavers carried the load in the dig department. The freshman had 13 digs and freshman libero Allessandra Mondello (Kinnelon, N.J. / Villa Walsh Acad.) had 12 digs, as did sophomore Alexa Lauinger (Ortonville, Mich. / Brandon). Maruszko also led the Beavers with a .300 kill percentage as the team's most efficient player.

Head Coach Tom Gardner and the Beavers will next host Providence Christian College on Wednesday, Sept. 13.
