ORANGE, Calif. (Oct. 12, 2018) – The Caltech volleyball team traveled to Chapman University on Friday evening for its first of two games on the weekend.

Freshman setter Alexandra Frymire (Dallas, Texas / Greenhill) added to her season total with 18 assists to go along with three kills and two service aces. Classmate Sydney Richardson (Granite Bay, Calif. / Roseville) led the visiting Beavers with six kills and senior Sakthi Vetrivel (Redmond, Wash. / Overlake School) had three of the team's eight service aces. Freshman libero Megan Wang (Henderson, Nev. / Advanced Technologies Academy) led the Caltech defense with 15 digs. 

Head Coach Tom Gardner and the Beavers will return home tomorrow, Oct. 13 for the annual Orange Out match with Pomona-Pitzer Colleges, set for 2 p.m.
