Mobility & Strength Fusion with Mariam

This 50-minute training session combines mindful mobility, core strength, and resistance conditioning for a complete body reset. Move through flowing sequences that enhance flexibility and coordination while lifting, sculpting, and stabilizing every major muscle group. Using mats, weights, bands, blocks, and Pilates balls, this class helps you move better, feel stronger, and build functional resilience for every day.

HIIT
Get ready to sweat, push your limits, and unleash your inner athlete!
This high-energy class combines bursts of cardio, strength, and body weight exercises with short recovery periods to torch calories, build endurance, and boost your metabolism. Every workout is different—keeping you challenged and motivated.  All fitness levels welcome — modifications provided  Benefits: Burn fat, tone muscle, and improve cardiovascular fitness.

Functional Strength
Train for life This class focuses on building real-world strength through compound movements and functional exercises that improve stability, mobility, and power. Using a mix of free weights, resistance bands, and body weight training, you'll develop the muscle and movement patterns you need to move better, feel stronger, and perform your best in everyday life. All levels welcome — progressions and regressions offered

Pilates
Strengthen, lengthen, and align your body.  This Pilates class focuses on controlled movement, mindful breathing, and core engagement to build strength from the inside out. Improve posture, balance, and flexibility while toning and sculpting your entire body. Each session flows through dynamic sequences designed to leave you feeling stronger, centered, and more connected.
All levels welcome — modifications and progressions offered  Benefits: Strengthen your core, improve posture, enhance flexibility, and reduce stress.
