Men’s Water Polo Scores 10 Goals against Occidental

PASADENA, Calif. – Caltech demonstrated a balanced offensive attack against Occidental at the Braun pools Wednesday night, as seven different Beavers found the back of the net.  

Senior Bram Schork (Villanova, Pa. / The Haverford School) led the squad with three goals for his 10th hat trick of the season. His 65 goals this year are the third most in SCIAC. Schork added a steal on defense and was excluded only once, while also drawing an exclusion.  

Junior Eric Verheyden (Bend, Ore. / Summit) was the other Beaver with multiple goals, netting two of them against the Tigers. He was one of seven Caltech players with multiple points on the night.  

Junior Axel Haydt (Austin, Texas / Westlake) contributed a goal and two assists, making him one of four Beavers with multiple helpers against the Tigers.  

Caltech Men's Water Polo hits the road to face the University of La Verne Saturday, Nov. 8 at 11:00 a.m.
