Four Beavers Earn Men’s Tennis Academic All-District Recognition

Four Caltech Men's Tennis players have earned the College Sports Communicators 2025-26 Men's Tennis Academic All-District award for maintaining at least a 3.50 GPA on a 4.0 scale and competing in at least 75% of Caltech's matches.  

Senior Andrew Zabello (Florham Park, N.J. / Newark Academy), junior Constantin Cedillo-Vayson de Pradenne (Paris / Lycée Jean de La Fontaine) Junior Tejas Ram (Allen, Texas / Allen) and junior Eric He (Martinsville, N.J. / Bridgewater Raritan) each received the accolade.  

Zabello is a Physics and Computer Science double-major. He has Conducted research projects in Bayesian Machine Learning and Computer Vision. He has also developed side projects such as poker engines, chess engines, algorithmic trading bots and AI agents for game-theoretic tasks. 

Cedillo-Vayson de Pradenne is also a physics major. He has conducted mathematics research pertaining to topology with an MIT professor. He is the No. 43 singles player in Division-III Men's Tennis.  

Ram is a computer science major while Eric He majors in Data Science.
