Research and STEM Activities
Interned at NASA's Langley Research Center working on prototypes for Mars airplanes, will be publishing a NASA Technical Memorandum.... Also got certified as a SCUBA diver.... Participated in Science Bowl and Science Olympiad.

Academic Honors: Iowa Governor's Scholar, National Merit Scholarship Finalist, Bettendorf High School Valedictorian, Bettendorf High School Schaefer Outstanding Science Student, AP Scholar with Honor, National Honor Society Member.
Athletic Honors: Iowa First Team Baseball Academic All-State.
Personal
Son of Everett and Jennifer... Older brother to Rowan... Sings (2021 Iowa All-State Choir Member) and plays the trumpet... Chose Caltech because of the combination of academic rigor and great opportunities as well as the incredible students... Enjoys the way that Caltech's culture encourages people to pursue what they're good at... Believes everyone at Caltech is the best on campus at something.
