Research and STEM activities
Determined the ground state of the D0-D4 brane system with University of Chicago professor Sav Sethi the summer before his senior year; they are finishing their string theory research and hope to publish...Spent the previous summer calculating the action functional for the Packed Swiss Cheese Cosmology with Caltech's Professor Marcolli; their paper is under review for publication...Researched planet formation at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory the summer after his freshman year.

Ranked third in his high school class...Voted "Smartest" and "Most likely to succeed" in high school...Named to the Daily Herald Academic team...President of Math Honor Society...Captain of his high school chess team...Played club soccer for the Carol Stream Panthers and the Elk Grove Soccer Club...Member of the soccer (outside back) team for four years and member of track (hurdles, sprints) team for three years in high school.
