Research and STEM Activities
 As part of the Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF), Garcia worked with civil and mechanical engineering research professor Monica Kohler on building a system to predict structural damage in high-rise buildings through the use of GPU-aided seismic data processing. Studied at the Google Computer Science Summer Institute in 2021.
