Research and STEM activities
Worked on plastic scintillators in the Sandia National Lab the summer after his sophomore year...Studied the H-D exchange between alkanes and water under geologically relevant conditions in John Eiler's lab the spring of his sophomore year...Spent the previous two summers studying the effect of oxidation on the photoluminescence of silicon nanocrystals at UT-Dallas.
