Research and STEM Activities
Conducted research for a published paper on the classification of COVID-19 treatments and drugs... Condcuted research in journal that predicted the severity of coronavirus cases given demographics and pre-existing conditions... Completed a research internship in the Malhotra Lab at Oregon Health and Science University, where she studied interactions between Non Hodgkin’s Lymphoma small molecule drugs and protein targets using Schrodinger Maestro Docking Software; also studied research papers to obtain novel protein targets for Non Hodgkin’s Lymphoma; additionally optimized glide score of drugs by removing waters, minimizing force field, and optimizing hydrogen bonding.
Prior to Caltech
Bronze Medalist - International Astronomy Olympiad, AP Scholar with Distinction, National Merit Commended Scholar, Youth Outreach Worker (High School Wellness Ambassador) as nominated by Wellness Department at school.

Daughter of Lakshmi and Ravi... Older sister to Medha... Likes to swim and bake... Chose Caltech because of the small class sizes, major research opportunities, collaborative teamwork culture, and 1:1 attention.
