Academic Honors: Finalist in Mathematics for the Governor's Honors Program, Member of National Honor's Society and Beta Club, Selected for Johns Hopkins' Search for Exceptional Talent and Center for Talented Youth, Completed 3 years of dual enrollment at Georgia Institute of Technology.
Athletic Honors: Water Polo: Has played for 6 years, Went to the Junior Olympics (2018-19, 2021), Selected for the Olympic Development Program (2018-21), Selected for the All-State First Team 2021, Team Captain 2020-21, Coach 2022 (before leaving for Caltech), Girls team MVP 2021, Roorbach Founder's Award 2021... Swimming: varsity swim team all four years of high school.
Personal
Daughter of Robert and Yih-Ling... Older sister to Evan... Won a National Gold Medal in the 2020 Scholastic Art and Writing Awards... Was a state representative to several women's national chess tournaments... Chose Caltech because she liked the campus, the small size and ability to interact with professors, the ability to continue playing water polo, and the research opportunities.
