Research and STEM Activities:
Completed SURF 2022 on the classification of new and innovative private companies on which there is not much information...Conducted research in high school on the financial literacy of low income individuals in Mexico City...Interviewed, then gave classes on basic finance to try and understand why low income people in Mexico do not trust banks or refuse to use their services.

Prior to Caltech:
Four-time boys' soccer national runner-up...Most Improved Player 2018...Four-time high school honor roll...Math award recipient.

Personal:
Son of Susan Grisso de Ortega and Leopoldo Ortega...Has two older siblings, Sebastian (brother) and Anna (sister)...Plays the ukelele and does magic.
