Worked closely with Dr. Nathalie Pamir for OHSU Knight Cardiovascular Research Center Lab Assistant Internship, which dealt with tissue and cell cultures, molecular biology, protein/mRNA extraction, data quantification and analysis...Used techniques such as Western Blots and BCA assays...Research project on STAT3 phosphorylation and cholesterol efflux - publishment pending.
