Research and STEM Activities
Completed a summer undergraduate research fellowship (SURF) with the Golwala Group, where he conducted stochastic simulations to understand the behavior of phonons through interactions with Kinetic Inductance Detectors (KIDs) to investigate the impact of phonon energy deposition on the performance and efficiency of KIDs.

Academic Honors: AP Scholar with Distinction... Nias Scholarship Recipient... NYC History Day Senior Inidividual Exhibit 1st Place.
Athletic Honors: Captain of Townsend Harris' Varsity Basketball and Volleyball teams... Player on Kips Bay Mustangs AAU.

Son to Randolph and Diane... Brother to Lee... Favorite part of Caltech is the small, close-knit environment Caltech fosters... Likes Caltech Athletics because it allows him to focus on his academics as well as on being an athlete; he finds there is a great balance between the two and can push himself in both areas at Caltech.
