Interned at the Birch Aquarium at the Scripps Institute at UCSD...Tasked with leaning marine biology regarding ten different exhibits, discussed the knowledge with over three hundred guests a day, encouraged conservation and preservation of ocean habitats by sparking visitors' interest with a diverse cast of aquatic creatures...Learned from and worked alongside top aquarists, responsible for pitching a sample exhibit to aquarium staff...Regularly conversed with Ph.D. students and lab directors about their ongoing experiments and projects to gain insight on opportunities in the field.
