CLAREMONT, Calif. (Oct. 26, 2019) – Junior center Steven Csaposs (Davis, Calif. / Davis) of the Caltech men's water polo team led the Beavers' offensive efforts at SCIAC juggernaut Pomona-Pitzer Colleges on Saturday afternoon.

The first-place Sagehens set a blistering pace to open the game, but Csaposs managed to hit the home team back with both Caltech goals in the third period. The junior went on to score his third and final goal of the contest in the fourth period where classmate John Wang (Louisville, Ky. / Phillips Exeter Academy) also got on the board for the Beavers. Senior goalkeeper Bradley Justice (El Cajon, Calif. / Grossmont) coped well in spots, making nine saves against the unbeaten Sagehens after spending the entire game between the pipes.

Head Coach Jon Bonafede and the Beavers will have the opportunity to rest up before hosting Whittier College on Saturday, Nov. 2 at 11 a.m. before the annual Alumni Game.
