WHITTIER, Calif. — Junior guard-forward Kathryn Edwards (Centennial, Colo. / Araphoe) of Caltech Women's Basketball achieved 500 career rebounds on Saturday as the team topped Whittier, 59-47, in the Beavers' regular season finale.

Edwards — who reached 1000 career points earlier last month — entered the final matchup of 2023-24 needing seven boards to reach the 500 mark; she ended the contest with a game-high of 13, tying her season high and cementing her name in the rafters in just her third season.

She is the 11th player in Caltech Women's Basketball history to join the 500-rebound club.

The 2023 First Team All-SCIAC winner will look to add to her total in 2024-25 as she takes on her senior season.
