Despite a valiant effort on the part of #1 Freshman tennis player Sam Barnett of Highland Park, IL, the Beavers fell to Occidental by a final match score of 7-2.  Sam brought his "A" game knocking of Oxy's #1 and teaming with Senior Rico Chu of San Jose,CA to polish off the #1 doubles team of the visiting Tigers as well.
