PASADENA, Calif. -- The Pomona-Pitzer women's tennis squad posted an 8-1 win over Caltech in SCIAC match-up on Tuesday afternoon.

The Sagehens, who came into the match ranked 15th in the nation, posted a sweep in the three doubles matches in building momentum towards singles play.

Pomona-Pitzer continued it strong played by tallying five wins in straight sets.

Caltech's win came from No. 1 singles player Rebekah Kitto. The sophomore continued her strong play by prevailing in a three-set nail biter.
