WHITTIER, Calif. -- The Caltech women's tennis team fell to Whittier 8-1 in a SCIAC match-up on Saturday afternoon.

The Beavers continued to get impressive singles play from #1 Rebekah Kitto. The sophomore improved to 7-1 in the season with a double-bagel win. Kitto is ranked 19th in the west region.

The Poets posted straight set wins in the second through sixth singles spot while sweeping the doubles matches in gaining the win.
