ORANGE, Calif. (Oct. 23, 2019) – Senior goalkeeper Bradley Justice (El Cajon, Calif. / Grossmont) of the Caltech men's water polo team played one of the best games of his career to keep the Beavers close with host Chapman University on Wednesday night.

Justice had more saves than goals allowed and played the duration of the game, stopping a season-best 15 shots. The senior's elevated play lifted the players in front of him, as the Beavers went the entire game without a single let-down period. Junior Steven Csaposs (Davis, Calif. / Davis) keyed the Caltech offense with a trio of goals while freshman Max Bricken (Portland, Ore. / Westview) stepped up with two tallies of his own. Other players to score for the Beavers included junior Rahul Arun (Buffalo Grove, Ill. / Adlai E Stevenson), sophomore Alex Wang (Saratoga, Calif. / The Harker School), freshman Matthew Hajjar (San Jose, Calif. / The Harker School) and freshman James Bowden (Los Angeles, Calif. / Granada Hills Charter), who made up for one of the Beavers' three fourth-quarter goals. The Beavers trailed the Panthers 7-4 at halftime.

Head Coach Jon Bonafede and the Beavers will remain on the road for this Saturday's game at SCIAC leader Pomona-Pitzer Colleges.
