Name: Kaylee Smith
School: Chapman

Smith was one of three Chapman University Panthers to set new relay program records in both the 4x100-meter and 4x400m at the Bryan Clay Invitational. The senior teamed with Allie Kremer, Makenna Lizarde and Sarah Charles to re-set their own SCIAC record in the 4x400 (3:45.14) then was joined by Khyra Stiner to clock the fastest 4x100 time (46.70) in the SCIAC that also ranks eighth in Division III this spring.

Name: Kyra Phaychanpheng
School: Caltech
Year: First-year
Events: Throws
Hometown/High School: Chino Hills, Calif. / Chino Hills
 
Phaychanpheng set a personal-best mark in the discus throw, placing first among DIII competitors at the ULV Leo Invite. The throw of 36.50 meters ranks third in the conference leading into Championship weekend.
