Coming off of a long road trip to Colorado College to play in the Boddington Memorial Tournament, the Beaver soccer team (0-2) took their home pitch today against the visiting Golden Eagles of La Sierra University (2-3).  The Beaver's Daniel Beylkin broke the scoreles tie in the first half with a goal at 38:00 minutes.  Caltech managed to hold LSU scoreless and add a second goal when Tyler Volkoff shot and scored at the 58th minute mark.  LSU broke up the shut-out late in the second half with a goal and managed to tie the match up at 2-2 with just under 4 minutes to play sending it into overtime.  After two overtime periods the game ended in a 2-2 tie.   

Next up for the Beavers is trip to Orange, California for a night game at Chapman University on Monday, September 15th at 7pm.
