"We are excited to take this journey with the young group we have," head coach
Dr. Oliver Eslinger said. "When we went to Spain 10 years ago, the team was also very young, and the extended time together set the stage for the successful seasons that followed. Beyond basketball, the experiences and emotions from a team trip like this are unforgettable."
When they are not on the basketball court, the Caltech student-athletes are looking forward to an itinerary packed with cultural exchange, museum and walking tours, local cuisine, and chances to test out their German language skills. The team returns to Pasadena on March 29.
