Haase is one of three 2025 inductees representing Caltech Cross Country and one of three women in this year's class.

In 1984-85, she finished in the top three runners in the 5k four  times. She also finished 8th out of 54 runners at NCAA Regionals with a time of 18:58.5 in an era when the 19-minute 5k separated elite runners from the rest of the pack.

She was a First Team All-SCIAC selection in that season along with being named the team MVP.
